I do not believe the witch is among us, otherwise I do not know enough to positively identify them. Our Patron is cautious, and is purposely holding back some advantages to prevent their true name from getting exposed.

The way things are written, they are of an observer just out of reach, not someone who was in close proximity with us. Even with carefully censoring themselves, something would slip. However, it does not eliminate the possibility that it is someone you know.
